Our simple ordering system allows you to choose your designs and purchase your items in a few quick steps.


Explore our store, decide on the design and personalisation, confirm your order with payment and you are done!  Your X2 loots will be delivered to you within 7 to 10 working days.

Within Singapore


Price quoted is inclusive of local normal postage.  We use SIngpost normal mail, Singpost Registered mail and local courier service for your orders.


As normal mail is not trackable, we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent via normal mail.  Please opt for registered mail or courier service for a peace of mind.


You can enjoy complimentary registered mail for purchase of minimum 3 tees.


For orders shipped within Singapore, you will usually receive your order within 7 to 10 working days after you have confirmed your artwork.


Other Countries


International postage and registered mail rates apply for overseas orders.  Delivery times vary for overseas parcels.



Payment options


All our prices are in Singapore Dollars.


We accept payment via internet banking or ATM transfer.


Artwork preview


Once your order is received, we will send you a confirmation email.  This email will include your order details and payment information for fund transfer.


Your orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.  We will email you the artwork preview with 2 working days.  A maximum of 3 amendments can be done from the first artwork preview that we have sent you.


Once you have confirmed the final print design, no further changes can be made.



Return policies



Understandably, personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is due to an error made by X2 Singapore.

If any order is to contain an error or misprint caused by X2 Singapore, we will happily reprint it and ship a replacement at no cost to you.  Please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order.  You must return it in new condition and in its original packing for a prompt exchange of the same item.

We encourage you to check your order details in the email confirmation we send to you.  Contact us immediately if you spot any order details captured incorrectly.
